For some time I wanted to try out whether I could tie a room divider with a different cord. With thin scaffolding tube I designed a module that could stand on its own. That is why there is a storage shelf (or table) on both sides. So it is more like a piece of furniture than a room divider. It was a challenge to tie thick cord evenly over such a span. I left all colors very natural. Electric wire was pulled through the tubes because I wanted an integrated lamp. Not knotted, but made of metal and it has an appropriate mesh structure. The wooden shelfs were saved at the gamma and I varnished matt. I'm glad the roomdivider looks pretty fragile. The size is 1 meter wide and 2 meters high, and therefore it can be moved through a stairwell. Both tables are removable, so 1 person can easily lift and assemble it. In the picture above you see the room divider placed perpendicular to the wall and parallel to the wall.
