Marjorieke had scored this flower shape herself in a thrift store. And I was allowed to work with that. With a shared Art Academy background, this always becomes a creative exchange with us. I'll take her idea with me and come back with something else ;-). And the nice thing is that Marjorieke fully trusts that. She doesn't really need any tests or photos in between. I wanted to give volume to the scalloped edge, which I had never done before. In a course (more than 2 years ago) I did learn how to increase. So it became an experiment for me. She wanted something in black and white, so I added three colors in the same brightness. Well, not logical, but she would understand. With the addition of the mirror lamp, it becomes a radiant light source on the wall. She also leaves the light on during the day because she wanted to light up a dark spot in the room.
