It was a challenge to combine macramé with separate glass elements from an old lamp with this pocket chandelier. At the top a beautiful ceiling cap and at the bottom the glass bowl and the brass cap with a single bead. I placed several extra threads at the second frame to maintain the density of the macramé and increased again halfway through the second frame. But that didn't look so nice (see the photo at the bottom right of the six-block). So I hung a rosette of crystals there. Inspired by the Fong Leng exhibition, I thought, 'more is more'. In the lamp on the fitting there is also a bead fountain. And those kinds of finishes make it complete.
