With this standard I ultimately looked for a fairly wide hood. The colors are variations on the brown beige, but I have also added a petrol blue. I first accentuated the bars in dark brown, but that became too streaky. So they are now colored alternately dark brown, cognac and medium brown. Sometimes it's all in the details. To temper the light, I made a light filter that was also stitched in the same colors.
